However, I suggest to beware of their pool water test department: they are too lazy to do the tests properly and report you the fake numbers. Last time I explicitly told them which parameters I was particularly interested in (nothing special, just the hardness and the stabilizer level). The guy did not test the stabilizer level at all and I have noticed it. I have asked him about the stabilizer level and he immediately replied with "30 ppm" (which is a typical number). When I told him that he did not even measure this parameter (the test bottle used for it was DRY) he was very confused and could not respond. The manager, in response to my complain, could not provide any explanation and has not even apologized. "

You can always expect warm and friendly welcome regardless of your needs. They can show you their water filtering facilities and explain how does it all work. They give you a chip card that allows you to access the water booth 24/7, rinse your bottles, fill them with the water, free caps are always there too. The water tastes great and it is not more expensive than at other places. They also change your bottles if they feel it is time to do it."
	Piscines Perrin Brossard, QC 2008-06-29 "I agree with the previous posts. I worked with them twice: replacing the vinyl liner in my in-ground pool and buying & installing the heat pump. Perfect example of lack of organization. Everything went not as it was planned, wrong time, delivering the goods and dropping them on my driveway without even letting me know etc. The heat pump connection was leaking and I had to fix it myself since these guys did not call me back in 3 days. The liner is a different story. They have done a lousy job, there are bumps and folds at the bottom. The name of the contractor doing the job was Martial. After the job was done, I have complained to them about the quality and I was promised that the problem would be corrected next spring. However, they do not return any calls and refuse to discuss this problem, even refusing to reply to the registered letters. Will see what comes out of it. But, definitely, a company to avoid."
