• by fashionista99 about 12 hours ago I have been into key lime a few times in the past year and although the idea of the business is good and the staff are awesome(well the one who has been there each time ive been in) it seems to lack in the selection. they have had the same selection for a large part of the past year which is disappointing. i did find some nice clothes in there and purchased them but the zipper on one of the jackets ended up breaking. i brought it back in and the manager wasnt there so the sales associate gave me some times when the manager was supposed to be there. i came back at those times to speak to the manager and see what she could do for me, if anything, since it had been over the return period. when i came back at the listed times that the manager was supposed to be there each time she was a no show so it got frustrating after 5 or 6 times of making special trips in to see her and i just ended up keeping the jacket anyway, but other than that, the service was great as well as the atmosphere. would go back if they got a better selection.

• by hardtoplease 5 months ago I was in Key lime on September 4th, and i just want to say that alice and opinionated are WRONG,WRONG,WRONG! Unless there is new staff working since the last comments were wrote, i felt obligated to write on here since my experience was awesome! There were 3 ladies in the store at the time and every single one of them helped me. I am a size 16 and found the perfect work out outfit. I recommend this store to anyone looking for affordable and good quality work out wear.

• by smiles 10 months ago I had a fantastic experience with the Key Lime staff, as well as the overall atmosphere of the store. I noticed how the staff took the time to help me try on and find many different looks and styles, and they were all very friendly and customer oriented! I will certainly be coming back!

• by alice 11 months ago We were in Sherwood Park for the junior girls prov.soccer champs. While we were in town we visited Key Lime athletic wear. I was appalled at the customer service. The lady that served me was so rude that I didnt buy a jacket that I wanted.

• by whatsgoodtoday 11 months ago I had the best experience there! I've been there 3 times now and enjoyed every mintue. The lady I was talking to cared about what I was lookign for and took my name and number so she could call me when her new stock is in.
